Responsibilities:
Promotional, Technical, Operational & Financial requirements of the Asphalt Pavement Producer Council (Asphalt Division of NYMaterials)
Liaison to the National Asphalt Pavement Assn. (NAPA), Asphalt Pavement Alliance (APA) and State Asphalt Pavement Association (SAPA)
Work on behalf of the President, NYMaterials Board of Directors, and NYMaterials Membership as required
Bruce Barkevich had been Vice President of the Asphalt Pavement Producer Council since 2003. Prior to this, he was a Project Manager and Equipment Manager for Callanan Industries, Inc for 13 years. He also was a Project Manager/Project Engineer for Pin Oak Construction. Bruce is a graduate of the University of Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

Eileen Renaud has been with New York Construction Materials since December 2014 as the Director of Business Development. In 2019 she began representing the concrete division of NYMaterials. In January of 2020 she was promoted to Vice President of the Association. Prior to working for NYMaterials, Eileen worked for a lobbying firm in Albany, NY. She is a graduate of Maria College with a degree in business.
